MALL COP VS SHOPLIFTERS 2
Emma Ray plays a mall cop who has busted Jenna and Sadie for shoplifting. The cop has them handcuffed but the two criminals bust out of their cuffs and start to bully the lowly rent-a-cop. Emma Ray blasts the girls with pepper spray and re-cuffs them, and takes a bunch of embarrassing photos with them for good measure.
