BOUNTY HUNTER SCAM
Devyn is a bounty hunter who is tricked Tae, a fugitive into showing up, thinking that she won a prize. After a brief scuffle, Tae is handcuffed and searched. Devyn then has Tae pose multiple times for the camera in her handcuffs.
