At Seductive Studios, all products are digital video downloads delivered instantly upon purchase via SendOwl.

Digital Content Consent & Withdrawal Rights By completing your purchase, you give your express prior consent to the immediate delivery and performance of the digital content. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that once delivery begins (i.e., the download link is provided or the file starts downloading), you lose your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) under EU consumer law and similar regulations.

All digital sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued after delivery.

Exceptions We do not offer refunds for digital products that have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number for assistance (we may re-provide the link at our discretion, but this does not constitute a refund).
