By accessing or using Seductive Studios services, website, or purchasing products (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Company Information Seductive Studios is operated by Epic Talent LLC. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Epic Talent LLC / Seductive Studios.

2. Digital Products & Delivery All products sold on Seductive Studios are digital video downloads delivered instantly via SendOwl upon successful payment. By placing an order, you agree to immediate delivery of the digital content.

3. Consent to Immediate Delivery and Waiver of Withdrawal Rights When you purchase digital content from us, you give your express prior consent to the immediate delivery and performance of the digital files. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that once delivery begins (i.e., the download link is provided or the file starts downloading), you lose your right of withdrawal (including the 14-day EU cooling-off period) under applicable consumer laws.

All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Refunds and Cancellations Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after a purchase is completed and the files are delivered. If you experience a technical issue with downloading, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order number. We may provide a re-delivery link at our sole discretion, but this does not constitute a refund.

5. License to Use Content Epic Talent LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, limited license to download and view the purchased digital videos for your personal, private use only.

You may not: copy, share, distribute, upload, stream, sell, or make derivative works of the content. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

6. User Content and DMCA When you upload, submit, or provide any content to us (including custom video requests), you grant Epic Talent LLC and our affiliates a broad license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute it for operating, promoting, and improving our Services. You represent that any material you provide is original and complies with U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) guidelines. We respect copyright and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

7. Age Verification and Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

8. Intellectual Property All content on Seductive Studios is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Seductive Studios retains all rights not expressly granted to you.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seductive Studios and Epic Talent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
